Atlant and Malibu recreation centers in Nabran monitored, law violations detected - <span style="color: red;">PHOTOSESSION

According to committee, it was revealed that the kitchens of the enterprise do not accord to requirements of QOST 30390-95 and SaN Pin 42-123-5777-91 normative documents. So, the kitchens are in the state of insanitary, air conditioning system does not exist, employees do not obey hygienic requirements and etc. As the results of inspections, it was revealed that the rice, buckwheat, bean and etc. were infected with the pest insects.

As the results of monitoring, it was revealed that the kitchens do not accord to requirements of normative documents, products have not certificates of conformity and hygienic, the kitchens are in the state of insanitary.

Results of the laboratory tests of examples of finished products are already known. It was determined that the products do not conform with the normative documents for safety.

In connection with the law violations, preparation and sale of Cabbage and Capital salads were forbidden in Malibu LLC, bread, mimosa and capital salads – in Atlant LLC. In accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences, administrative protocol was made in connection with both enterprises and time was given to eliminate these shortages.
