Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. E-visa granting in Azerbaijan will increase the number of tourists, said the Minister of Culture and Tourism Ebulfaz Garayev.
According to him, e-visa granting has already been started: “We conducted negotiations with near 30 tourism companies and their employees participated in relevant trainings and were licensed. Those companies will be able to grant e-visa to foreign citizens and I hope that this will have positive impact on number of tourists coming to the country”.
Garayev also noted that e-visa costs $20 for foreigners.
