Azerbaijani delegation attends 34th conference of International Association for Education Assessment

Baku. Ilhama Isabalayeva â€“ APA-Economics. The delegation headed by Chairwoman of State Student Admission Commission (SSAC) Maleyka Abbaszadeh attends the 34th conference of International Association for Education Assessment (IAEA) in England. The commission told APA-Economics that the conference started on September 5 and would last till September 14. The conference is organized by Cambridge Assessment. Cambridge Assessment, the department of Cambridge University will also mark its 150th anniversary.
The 34th annual conference is held on the theme â€œRe-interpreting Assessment: Society, Measurement and Meaningâ€.
State Student Admission Commission has been the member of IAEA since 1999. In September, 2007, at the 33rd international conference of IAEA in Baku Chairwoman of SSAC Maleyka Abbaszadeh was elected member of the associationâ€™s Executive Committee. Annual conferences provide broad opportunities for various organizations and experts engaged in educational assessment to exchange experience and improve mutual cooperation.
