New state fees will be introduced for the registration of seed operators engaged in seed production activities and for the issuance of certificates confirming the varietal identity and sowing quality of seeds, APA reports.
This is reflected in the new draft Law "On State Duty," which was discussed today at a meeting of the Agrarian Policy Committee of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
Under the draft, a state fee of 50 manats will be charged for issuing an extract from the information system of the authority (institution) designated by the relevant executive authority in the field of plant breeding and seed production, 10 manats for issuing a duplicate of the extract, and 25 manats for issuing a certificate (per document) confirming the varietal identity and sowing quality of seeds.
