US President Donald Trump stated that Iran's decision to impose a toll on ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz would change the entire course of negotiations and prevent a deal with the US, APA reports.
"That would be unacceptable to me because we have a lot of straits, and if you were to do that for them, you would have to do that for others," he said during a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte at the White House.
"That would make a huge difference," Trump added.
