University graduates not to employ straight in secondary schools

Baku. Ilhama Isabalayeva–APA. University graduates will not be allowed to employ straight in the secondary schools in Azerbaijan in future. Azerbaijani Minister of Education Misir Mardanov said university graduates in the world countries gained work experience near the veteran teachers before the employment, APA reports. “There is an experience in the world that young people graduated from the university receive their assignments, but are working as a trainee near the experienced teachers for a year. Then they are employed in the secondary schoolsâ€, said Mardanov.
The Minister said this innovation would be implemented after it was adopted as a law.
