"We cooperate with Azerbaijani brothers, counterparts very closely in the fight against disinformation during both the Second Karabakh War and now," Fahrettin Altun, Head of the Communications Department of the Presidential Administration of Turkiye told Azerbaijani journalists, APA's correspondent in Istanbul reports.
He noted that once Karabakh was under occupation and Azerbaijan took concrete practical steps to end this occupation: "However, during this period, a very serious and systematic disinformation war was conducted against Azerbaijan. And we exposed together every disinformation activity in order to block and prevent such steps. Together with Azerbaijan, we organized the visit of all foreign press representatives to the operational zone. We ensured that the whole world community witnessed the reality."
