Health of Senet newspaper’s imprisoned editor-in-chief again deteriorated

Imprisoned editor-in-chief of Senet newspaper Samir Sadagatoglu’s health again deteriorated, head of Samir Sadagtoglu’s Rights Defense Committee Raset Pirisoylu told APA. He said that Samir Sadagatoglu, who was recently treated in the medical unit of jail #5 in Khalaj, feels worse.
“His relations visited him. They said that Samir suffers from heart and kidney problems,†he said.
Pirisoylu said that Defense Committee will appeal to the jail administration and ask to treat him in normal conditions.
Samir Sadagatoglu and publicist Rafig Tagi faced charges under Article 283 (excitation of national, racial or religious hostility) of the Criminal Code. Sabayel district code sentenced them to 3 and 4 years in jail correspondingly. /APA/
