The launch of the first train on the Baku–Aghdam–Baku route is a very important symbol of the Great Return to the liberated territories, Emin Huseynov, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts told journalists, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, another unique feature of the Aghdam Bus Terminal and Railway Terminal is that, for the first time in the country, the train arrives at an internal platform.
"Today, the Baku–Aghdam train has started operating for the first time. It is truly a very joyful day for our people and for Azerbaijan," Emin Huseynov noted.
He added that the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is already working on launching bus routes from the city of Aghdam to other liberated territories.
