Demobilized Azer Gasimov decides to begin hunger strike

BAKU. Colonel-Lieutenant Azer Gasimov who was demobilized from Nakhchivan Army Forces decided to go on termless strike from December 15 because his demands were not met, Gasimov’s Rights Defend Committee told the APA.
The information says, Gasimov was called to Defense Ministry on November 28 and received by the commander of Military Air Forces and Anti-Craft Forces Rail Rzayev. Rzayev told him that he would be demobilized in 10 days. But given term has finished but his demand has not been met yet. He diced to begin termless hunger strike until his demands considered.
Defense Ministry press service told the APA that as Gasimov is military servicemen he does not have any right to go on hunger strike. If he thinks that he is right, he can appeal to court. /APA/
