A group of Terter intelligentsia appealed to President Ilham Aliyev on former Terter Education Board Fazil Museybov’s illegal arrest, APA reports. The appeal reads that the chief of the department was arrested on October 4 and somebody cast aspersion on him. Touching upon his activity, the intelligentsia said that he had special merits for the development of education during his short period of duty and he tried to increase the level of education in the region.
“Fazil Museybov achieved the celebration of 100th anniversary of Terter school 1, 70th anniversaries of Jemilli and Garadagli schools, he did much for constructing and rebuilding of schools.�
The intelligentsia asked the President to pardon him. /APA/
