Notary falsification revealed in Azerbaijan

APA reports quoting the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that investigators of the Organized Crime Control Department identified that residents of Baku city, director of the “Eseko†translation centre Elchin Heydarov and adviser of the â„–30 State Notary Office Alish Pashayev conspiring with residents of Baku city Abdulazim Nuriyev and Balali Aliyev composed “warranty of authorityâ€, “translation documentsâ€, “transfer of property†act and sold it by using fake stamps of â„–25 State Notary Office. During the investigation in the “Eseko†translation centre many documents, 2 computers, 1 round stamp written â„–25 State Notary Office and the other auxiliary documents were found and seized.
