Ruslan Bashirov and Elnur Israfilov are among pardoned by the President

Baku. Parvin Abbasov â€“ APA. The pardon decree issued by President Ilham Aliyev March 15, generalised 62 persons. 55 prisoners were released from unserved term of their imprisonment, 6 persons were freed from the money punishment and one person were released from correctional tasks, APA reports.
Among released prisoners there are 3 foreigners.
60 of total are men, 2 are women.
Ruslan Bashirov and Elnur Isrefilov, members of Azerbaijan Popular Front party were also released. R. Bashirov was jailed for 7 years according to the verdict Grieve Court of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He was accused of article 278 of Criminal Code.

Isrefilov Elnur, accused of 186.1, 233, 663 articles of Criminal Code, jailed for 2.6 years. He was arrested during the protests of Public Chamber on April 2, 2011.
