Baku-APA. The Commissioner for Human Rights Elmira Suleymanova grounding international law norms and national legislation on immunity of private life addressed general prosecutor Zakir Garalov on interference in private life of journalist of Baku bureau of “Radio Liberty†Xadija Ismayilova.
On the letter addressed to the general prosecutor noted that interference was done to Khadija Ismayilova’s right to private life, video material about her were spread at websites, and this incident was related with her journalistic activity, Ombudswoman’s Apparatus told APA.
The ombudswoman asked for investigation of the case caused private life interference, to find guilty persons and make public the results.
