Narimanov district police office told APA that the incident happened in front of the tea house in Ataturk avenue. Bagir Agalar Ibrahimov, 24, was knifed in the scuffle in Baku. Ibrahimov died on the spot.
The police said it is known who committed the murder. Measures are being taken to detain him.
Narimanov district prosecutor’s office has launched criminal case on the fact, investigation is underway.
