Person, who killed and wounded a lot of Armenian servicemen in the military unit in occupied Azerbaijani territories, admitted his guilt

He faced charges on murder of one and more persons, attempt to kill one and more persons and violation of the rules of military service.

Investigation Service of Armenian Defense Ministry said Azroyan admitted his guilt. Azroyan aka Yezdi, who is being treated in the military hospital in Khankendi, is Armenian.

On the night of November 19-20, a deadly incident happened in a military unit of the Armenian Armed Forces, which are continuing to keep the occupied Azerbaijani territories under control. The Armenian side say 4 soldiers were killed, 4 wounded in the incident. APA obtained information from private sources that shooting occurred among the Armenian servicemen in the military unit located near the line of contact. Over 20 Armenian servicemen were killed, 30 wounded in the shooting. One of the wounded was taken to Yerevan, he was operated twice, doctors say Sargis Melkumyan is in critical condition.

Armenian media write that Azroyan shot at the servicemen, then attempted to commit suicide. But his suicide attempt failed. Manvel Azroyan was found 150m far from the action station, he had four bullet wounds. The servicemen quarreled because of a CD-player and it resulted in shooting.

The hospital, where Azroyan is being treated, is under serious control in order to prevent attempts of revenge by the relatives of the killed servicemen.
