Armenian-captured Azerbaijani serviceman told ICRC representatives that he wants to return to homeland

They said Azerbaijani representation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delivered the letter to them yesterday. Huseynov told his relatives that everything is well with him.

ICRC representatives told Husyenovâ€™s family that he wanted to return to his country.

ICRC representatives in Armenia visited two Azerbaijani servicemen in Armenian captivity on November 18 and learned their detention and health conditions.

Junior sergeant of Azerbaijani Army Roman Huseynov was captured by the Armenian armed forces on August 27, 2010 and his fellow soldier Anar Hajiyev was captured on May 10, 2009.
