The Turkish club Fenerbahce have reached a fundamental agreement to sign central defender Milan Skriniar from Paris Saint-Germain, outpacing more than three other clubs in the race for the player, renowned Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu said, APA reports citing foreign media.
According to the source, Fenerbahce has negotiated a full transfer for the Slovak defender, unlike other clubs that only proposed loan deals. Skriniar is expected to arrive in Istanbul today.
