Galatasaray called for TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu to resign

Galatasaray invited TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu to resign along with all his committees following his statements, APA reports citing Turkish Press.

Galatasaray made a striking statement after the remarks made by the President of the Turkish Football Federation, İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, during a live broadcast on TRT Spor regarding the yellow-red team.

Galatasaray invited TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu to resign with a written statement made from their social media account. The statement from the yellow-reds included the following expressions;

"The statements made by the President of the Turkish Football Federation, İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, on a television channel this evening have revealed how justified all the concerns expressed by our club in recent days are. İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu has completely lost his impartiality with his subjective statements devoid of justice and football knowledge, and even went a step further by declaring his side from now on. As Galatasaray Sports Club, we invite İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, who has completely lost his impartiality, to resign along with all his committees before he inflicts greater and irreparable wounds on Turkish football."

İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu responded to this call for resignation made by Galatasaray while he was live on air, saying, "Should I announce my resignation here or should I discuss it with my friends tomorrow? It would be rude not to ask the board of directors."
