AFFA faces financial problem

Azerbaijani girlsâ€™ national under-17 and under-19 teamsâ€™s schedule on the visit to Russia has been changed, team head Telman Abdullayev told APA-Sport.
The team will go to Moscow in early April, not late March, to participate in the Noginsk tournament. Abdullayev stated that the organizers made amendments to the tournament regulations for the Azeri national squads.
â€œThis is the third time that the date of the tournament has been changed on our request. AFFA cannot pay the expense of teamsâ€™ visit to Russia, as U-17, U-21 and main national team will go abroad at that time. Thatâ€™s why we will leave for Russia on April 1â€?, he said.
Azeri teams will play against top division clubs Chertanovo, Priolit, Nadejda Noginsk and selected under-16 team of Moscow. Shamil Heyderovâ€™s team will alsp play a friendly against Ribnaya club during the visit. /APA-Sport/
