Shahin Diniyev: Rail Melikov wasnâ€™t invited to the national squad

Baku team defender Rail Melikov refused to play in Azerbaijani national squad. He explained the decision with always staying in the reversed crew. The player said he is deprived of playing in the squad.
â€œIn result I gain weight and lose my sport form in the clubâ€?, he said.
Rail stated that he wonâ€™t play in the national squad as long as Shahin Diniyev coaches it.
Last time Rail Melikov played in the national team match against Kazakhstan in Baku in September last year. Though he was included in the lineup at the matches against Portugal and Belgium, he wasnâ€™t fielded. 22-year-old defender wasnâ€™t invited to the match with Uzbekistan on February 7. Coach Shahin Diniyev told APA-Sport that he is a good player. But he didnâ€™t consider his refusal as a big loss.
