Czechs lead 2-0 with Serbia in Fed Cup final

Baku-APA. The Czech team led Serbia 2-0 after the two opening singles of the Fed Cup final series played in Prague on Saturday, APA reports.
Lucia Safarova beat Jelena Ivanovic 6-4, 6-3, and Petra Kvitova downed Jelena Jankovic 6-4, 6-1.
On Sunday, Kvitova will first face Ivanovic, before Safarova plays Jankovic in the final singles tie.
The Czech Republic’s Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka are then due to take on Serbia’s Bojana Jovanovski and Aleksandra Krunic in the closing doubles rubber.
