Baku-APA. The Euro 2012 group stage game between Ukraine and France resumed at 8.00 local time (5.00 GMT) after being suspended, UEFA announced in a live television feed, APA reports quoting Ria Novosti.
The referee stopped the match in Donetsk after four minutes amid lightning and torrential rain.
Play resumed at 8.00 local time (5.00 GMT), an on-screen graphic in the live feed from the stadium said.
Tournament regulations stipulate that the remaining time must be played the next day in the event that the referee declares conditions unfit for play and abandons the match.
