Baku. Yegane Lachinzade - APA-Economics. As of June 1, 2016, the overdue credits in the provision of crediting in Azerbaijan stood at AZN 1,514,200,000, up AZN 201 mln or 15.3% from a year ago.
In May the troubled loans rose AZN 132.9 mln or 9.6%.
During the reporting period, loans in national currency made AZN 9,676,000,000, of which AZN 777.7 mln or 8% are overdue credits. Loans in foreign currency amounted to AZN 8,521,100,000, of which AZN 736.5 or 8.6% made overdue credits. Share of manat overdue credits in total troubled loans made 51.36%, foreign currency – 48.64%.
Share of overdue credit in provision of crediting makes 8.3%.
