According to Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB), amount of insurance premiums from real estate compulsory insurance made AZN 4.2 million, down 17% in annual comparison.
79.8% of contracts on real estate compulsory insurance related to residential houses and apartments, 0.4% to administrative buildings, 19.8% to other real estates.
310 contracts were signed on compulsory insurance of civil liability on exploitation of real estate and 28 contracts on compulsory personal accident insurance of passengers. Premiums on these insurance types relevantly made AZN 22,680 and AZN 7,194.
