Zamin Bank increases crediting by 41% last year

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-Economics. As of January 1, 2012, Zamin Bankâ€™s loan portfolio stood at AZN 217.005 mln, up 41% compared to last year.

During the reporting period, the volume of loans given for 12 months increased by 4.5% to AZN 44.230 mln, loans given for the period exceeding 12 months rose 54% to AZN 172.775 mln, consumer loans grew by 50% to AZN 66.869 mln, overdue credits soared 62% to ZN 6.007 mln.

Deposit portfolio rose 99% to AZN 111.192 mln, term deposits went up 70% to AZN 71.184 mln, demand deposits grew by 2.8 times to AZN 40.008 mln, population deposits increased by 85% to AZN 89.564 mln.

Remind that, Zamin Bank was established in November, 1992. It has 38 branches, 38 ATMs and 1,891 POS-terminals across the country.
