Foreign Student Examination (YÖS) abolished to attract more international students to Turkey

Baku. Ziya Agazade – APA. The Higher Education Board of Turkey, which has been working to make Turkey an attractive country for international students, has announced the abolishment of the Foreign Student Examination (YÖS) at its general assembly led today.
According to APA quoting Turkish “Haberler.com†news website, it’s said that beginning from this year the foreign students will only be admitted to Turkish universities through the special permission letter by the Higher Education Board of Turkey.
