Russian Finance Ministry offers rich pensioners to be deprived of pension

Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Russian Finance Ministry offered to deprive of pensions the pensioners with monthly salary of 41,600 RUB and yearly salary of 500,000 RUB in order to balance the federal budget for 2017-2019.

APA-Economics reports citing to Vedomosti that the funds for pensions of pensioners are planned to make 1 million RUB.

In this case, 90,000 pensioners will be deprived of pensions.

Moreover, the ministry offered to cancel stable payment to the pensioners of which incomes are 2.5 times higher than subsistence minimum. This will cover 2 million pensioners.

According to calculations, refusal of pension payment will save 150 billion RUB per year (AZN 3,825,000,000).
