By the beginning of 2027, 45 buildings will be constructed and delivered in Shusha, said Aydin Karimov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district, APA-Economics reports.
He noted that construction of the mentioned buildings has already started this year.
He stated that more than 800 apartments will be commissioned and nearly 3,000 people will be relocated to these apartments: “The work is being carried out based on tenders. Currently, the construction of 22 buildings is being implemented by ‘Kristal Construction’.”
Aydin Karimov emphasized that so far, 1,411 people have been relocated to Shusha, and in total, up to the second return plan, the relocation of 8,000 people is planned.
Aydin Karimov also added that the number of visitors to Shusha is increasing: “During this year, 430,000 tourists have visited Shusha, and 23,000 people have stayed overnight.”
