In January-November of this year, 34 418,9 thousand tones of oil were transported via main oil pipelines in Azerbaijan, which is 7,4% more in comparison to the relevant indicator of 2021, the State Statistics Committee told APA-Economics.
78,8% of transportation was implemented via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline. During the reporting period, 27 121 thousand tones of oil were transported via the pipeline (12,5% more in annual comparison).
According to the information, during the reporting period, 4 668,9 thousand tonnes of transit oil were transported via BTC pipeline. (45,36% more in annual comparison).
