The International Energy Agency (IEA) has decreased its forecast for the growth rate of daily global oil production for this year, and increased it for next year, APA-Economics reports citing monthly report of International Energy Agency.
According to the report, this year, daily global oil supply will increase to 102.93 million barrels, which is 660 thousand barrels (previous forecast - 730 thousand barrels) more than in 2023 - 102.27 million barrels (according to the previous evaluation - 102.2 million barrels).
According to the agency's forecast, the daily global oil production next year will be at the level of 105 million barrels, which is 120 thousand barrels more than the previous forecast.
