U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) under the Department of Energy has released its forecast for daily global production of liquid hydrocarbons for 2024-2025, APA-Economics reports citing monthly report of EIA.
According to the report, this year, the daily global production of liquid hydrocarbons is forecasted to average 102.18 million barrels, which is 0.18 million barrels less than the previous forecast.
In addition, the EIA forecasts global daily oil production next year to reach 104.6 million barrels, which is 0.16 million barrels more than the previous forecast.
According to the report, the daily production of liquid hydrocarbons in 2023 was 101.87 million barrels.
It should be recalled that in 2022, the daily global production of liquid hydrocarbons was an average of 99.99 million barrels. In 2021, this indicator was 95.7 million barrels, in 2020 - 93.84 million barrels, and in 2019 it was equal to 100.61 million barrels.
