In the January-August months of the current year, Azerbaijan exported 6 226 091,81 tons of oil worth USD 3 940 368,79 thousand to Italy. Thus, Italy ranked first in Azerbaijan's total oil exports, APA reports citing the report of the State Customs Committee.
Israel is positioned as the second-largest importer of Azerbaijan's crude oil. During the reporting period, 2,233,526.78 tons of oil, valued at USD 1,377,514.65 million, were exported to this country.
The Czech Republic holds the third position in Azerbaijan's oil export rankings. From January to August of the current year, 1,165,388.19 tons of oil, valued at USD 738,773.01 million, were exported to the Czech Republic.
According to the information, the reported values include data on the value of exported oil whose clearance was completed by the customs authorities during the reporting period.
As the list shows, during the reporting period, oil worth USD 10,308,018.86 million and totaling 16,475,802.81 tons was exported to 23 countries.
