Former congressman of Texas Solomon Ortiz, who presented the statement, noted that the group of 48 people included former congressmen and journalists.

The U.S. observers visited about 200 polling stations. All conditions have been created for their free activity. According to the observations, voter turnout was at a high level, 100 web-cameras have been installed at 100 polling stations.

Following this, Ortiz said that according to the group of observers, the elections have been transparent and free.
