It was noted at the press conference that the COPPPAL observation mission included representatives from 6 countries. The mission observed the elections in two groups: “The citizens were active in the voting from 10:00 pm. The election process was well organized. It should be mentioned that the majority of the employees in the polling stations were women. High voter turnout was observed within a day.”
