Baku. Aynur Aliyeva – APA. “I have visited Azerbaijan several times. It’s the fourth elections I am observing in your country. Last time, I participated in the elections held in October 2010,” Member of the National Assembly of France, Chairman of France-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group Thierry Mariani told APA.
He said that he had observed great development and progress in today’s elections: “Today, the elections are being conducted more transparently. I was attentively observing your 10 candidates. I saw posters of some of them in the city. I also watched the televised debates. They were not as aggressive as in other countries and I think that they were in a rught way.”
