Baku. Ramiz Mikayıloglu – APA. “I want to compare Azerbaijani presidential elections with the elections in my homeland. I think, the elections in Azerbaijan are fairer”, international observer from Bulgaria, member of European Parliament Slavcho Binev told journalists, APA reports.
“I observed the process in several polling stations. I think that everything is normal. I also want to assess pre-electoral preparations. I know that media created favorable conditions for candidates to express themselves before the elections. Voter turnout is high. In fact, we couldn’t enter one polling station due to the crowd. Then we went to another polling station, it was relatively calm. We've got a chance to watch the process. We have not observed any election fraud as in other countries”.
