BSECO NGO Forum: “The voters faced no obstacles in voting for the candidate they wanted”

APA reports BSECO representatives Ismail Shafi (Turkey), Sergei Markov (Russia), Evangelos Venetis (Greece), Enio Savov (Bulgaria) have issued a statement regarding the elections.

 

BSECO representatives noted that they monitored polling stations in Sabayel, Nasimi, Yasamal, Binagadi, NIzami, Narimanov and Khatai districts and witnessed that the elections were held without irregularities and the voters faced no obstacles in voting for the candidate they wanted”: “We did not witness information or complaints on serious irregularities of the members of polling stations, observers of separate parties participating in the elections with own candidate, press representatives and exit-poll. We did not face any cases propagandizing voters to vote for any candidate or against their will. We think that the presidential elections in the constituencies which we monitored have been held in accordance with the international standards, freely, fairly and transparently”.

 

BSECO NGO Forum was established in 2012 and brings together a lot of NGOs from 11 countries.
