Elnur Mammadli – APA. “Yeni Azerbaijan†Initiative Group set up in connection with referendum on amendments and annexes to the Constitution have taken signature sheets from the Central Election Commission (CEC). CEC press service told APA that the representatives of the group had already begun signature collection campaign.
According to the Schedule adopted by CEC, initiative groups are to collect 40,000 voters’ signatures and submit to CEC by February 1. The signatures should cover at least 60 election constituencies.
