Baku. Elnur Mammadli – APA. On 9 January Leader of Azerbaijan Liberal Party, Prof. Dr. Lala Shevket received National Democratic Institute’s Country Director in Azerbaijan Arjen de Wolff, the party’s press service told APA.
A wide range of issues has been discussed during the meeting including the socio-political situation in Azerbaijan before the forthcoming referendum on the amendments to the Constitution, forms of opposition’s participation in the referendum, ban on foreign radio stations broadcast, as well as geopolitical situation in the region and the world.
