Foundation assembly of Azerbaijani Circles Federation held in Turkey

The chiefs of the Azerbaijani federations in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Adana, Manisa, Balikesir, Mugla, Antalya, Edirne, Chanakkale, Kojaeli, Igdir and Hatay signed foundation document. The regulations of the Federation were also discussed at the assembly. The administrative staff of the Federation composed of 5 men was also formed. The head of Kojaeli Azerbaijan house Circle Bilal Dundar was chosen the chief of the administrative staff. The administrative staff includes the chief of Azerbaijani circle in Manisa Seyfaddin Ayakyay, the chief of Izmir Azerbaijani circle Turgut Arat, chief of Azerbaijani circle in Istanbul Timur Seljuk and chief of Azerbaijani circle in Adana Yakup Bulut. The newly-formed federation will hold foundation congress during 6 months. Azerbaijani consul general to Istanbul Perviz Mammadov participated in the foundation assembly. /APA/
