The Minister said that partnership in the spheres of fire extinguishing, civil defence, preparation of staff, establishment of crisis centres in Baku and two regions will be reflected in the treaty.
“The clauses of the treaty are ready. This treaty will play an important role in the strengthening of partnership between Azerbaijan and France. The results will ensure the citizens’ security,� Kemaleddin Heydarov said.
