Vurgun Eyyub: Isa Gambar wants authoritarian management style
“If a board not reflected in the rules is established and its regulations are prepared, it should be discussed. If you prepare regulations and approve it yourself it means that you refuse collective management. I think that party leader is tired of collective management. One of the reasons of Musavat’s successes was that democratic atmosphere and collective management was preserved in the party. Refusing this Musavat will weaken. The traditions in the party have been formed so that it is difficult to realize authoritarian regime totally. There are people who do not bare the authoritarian management style, but are silent. But it does not mean that they will keep silence in future, he said.
He expressed his position on the reasons of Altay Goyushov, Azer Mehdiyev, Ilham Ismayil’s leaving the party, Hikmat Hajizadeh, Nureddin Ahadov, Esger Ahmad, Fakhraddin Bagirov and others’ freezing their activity in the party.
“They preferred to state their dissatisfaction and stand aside. The main reason of this step is the atmosphere in the party, he said.
As to the considerations that Isa Gambar is indifferent to the processes going on in the party because he realized impossibility of his coming to power Vurgun Eyyub said that this conclusion has widely spread.
“I have a lot of considerations about it but I have not made them precise. I told the leader that there is a plan of weakening the party by 2008. It is a pity that instead of preventing this plan, he either directly or indirectly helps this process. There are powers that help the realization of this plan. I have told the leader their names, Vurgun Eyyub said.
Touching upon the campaign against some members of the party as well as, Vurgun Eyyub and Sulhaddin Akbar in Yeni Musavat newspaper he said that Isa Gambar reacted to it neither in press, nor in the party. If the newspaper is situated in the party headquarters, Isa Gambar can not convince people that he does not interfere in the paper’s work. I have no desire to pay attention to what the newspaper write about me. It harms Musavat Party and Isa Gambar. He should think about it, he said. /APA/
