Baku. Shamil Alibeyli – APA. “People living in every state should respect the laws of that country. If processes in a country are legalized, it is normal and is not against Azerbaijanis,” said chairman of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora Nazim Ibrahimov while commenting on the problems of Azerbaijani labor migrants in foreign countries, especially in Russia, APA reports.
He added that Russia has thousands of citizens from the Asian countries and they are needed to conform to the certain law. "Azerbaijanis have already adapted to the lifestyle in Russia, almost all of them are honoring the law. If there are Azerbaijani citizens violating laws or being unable to conform to them, we should help them to live in accordance with the laws. We can’t determine nationality of the citizens detained during the raids. There are rarely Azerbaijanis among detainees, but it is not right to regard this process as a campaign against the Azerbaijanis.”
