Azerbaijanis living in Europe held a protest in front of the European Parliament - <span style="color: red;">PHOTOSESSION

The protest was attended by about 300 compatriots. Participants of the rally expressed their concern over the indifferent approach of the international community to the continuing occupation of 20% of the territory of Azerbaijan.

The action was chanted slogans about the fair assessment of the Khojaly genocide in accordance with the principles of international law.

Azerbaijanis living in Europe highlighted Azerbaijan's commitment to integration with the international community, expanding the cooperation with the countries of the European Union.

Compatriots have also expressed dissatisfaction with the statements of official representatives of the European Parliament of Azerbaijan. It was noted that the continent continues to ignore the problems of Azerbaijan, despite the important role of Azerbaijan in the energy security of Europe.

In a statement adopted at the end of the protest action, were marked by great successes of sovereign Azerbaijan for the socio-economic development and maintaining political stability.

"The result of all this is the fact that Azerbaijan is the state with great authority in the world, a worthy member of the world community, steadily developing country with a strong economy."

The action took place peacefully and without and incident.
