Germanyâ€™s Azerbaijanis hold protest action outside Armenian embassy in Berlin â€“ <font color=red> PHOTOSESSION </font>

Baku- APA. The Germany-based Society of â€œAzerbaijani Houseâ€, German-Azerbaijani Solidarity Society, Coordination Center of Azerbaijanis in Germany and â€œOcaqâ€ Cultural Society and Azerbaijanâ€™s embassy in Germany organized a protest action outside the Armenian embassy in Berlin due to March 31 â€“ Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis. Activists of the above-mentioned organizations, Azerbaijanis arriving from the different cities of Germany, as well as Jewish people, once lived in Azerbaijan and now settled in Berlin, participated in the picket. The protesters waved Azerbaijani flags and relevant transparencies, played the National Anthem of Azerbaijan, chanted slogans for Karabakh. Then they read a message about the genocide committed by Armenians against the Azerbaijani people in March-April 1918 and submitted it to the Armenian embassy.

A commemoration ceremony was held at the German-Azerbaijani Solidarity Society. Azerbaijani ambassador to Germany Parviz Shahbazov addressed the ceremony and thanked the Diaspora representatives for their support and active participation in the action. He called on Azerbaijanis to be more active in further events.
