“It is still too early to forecast how many countries will participate in COP29,” said Lead Negotiator of COP29, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Yalchin Rafiyev in his statement to journalists, APA reports.
He said that the organizational matters and preparations are proceeding according to the schedule:
"We will comduct all works on time".
Talking about the opening of land borders on the eve of COP29, the deputy minister said that it is within the competence of the Cabinet of Ministers to comment on this issue.
