Azerbaijan-based hotels reach 515

Baku. Ali Ahmedov â€“ APA-Economics. Number Azerbaijan-based tourism objects increases, quickly, said the Head of Administration in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Firudin Gurbanov.

He says number of hotels in the country was below 300 5 years ago, but not, 515 hotels operate in Azerbaijan, of which 80% is in regions.

He also noted, this process continued and new projects were implemented in this sphere: â€œAs well as, Shahdag Winter and Summer Tourism Complex is being constructed in Gusar. At the end of this year, the complex will receive first clients. 10,000 tourists will be able to rest hereâ€.
