Azerbaijanâ€™s Minister of Culture and Tourism meets Deputy Minister of Economy of UAE

Baku. Ulker Rashidgizi â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijanâ€™s Minister of Culture and Tourism Ebulfaz Garayev met with the delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Economy of UAE H.E. Mohamed Bin Abdul Aziz Al Shehhi.

The meeting focused on extension of the existing cooperation between the two countries in culture and tourism sphere.
â€˜Such meetings contribute to enhancement of bilateral cooperation. Mutual visits assume great importance in development of friendly relations between our countriesâ€™, said Garayev.

Touching upon special state attention to tourism sphere in Azerbaijan during recent years, the minister noted that theatres, historical monuments are being reconstructed and tourism potential are strengthened. As a result of the done works, Azerbaijan has hosted a number of significant events within current year: â€˜Today, one of the most important events, which are in the focus of Europeâ€™s attention, is the 57th Eurovision song contestâ€™.

Highly assessing this event, Mohamed Bin Abdul Aziz Al Shehhi wished successes to all participants: â€˜We support all initiatives for the sake of strengthening of friendly relations. I am sure that mutual ties between our countries will extend more.
