Azerbaijan determines penalties for non-compliance with rules of social emergency environment regime

There will be additional penalties for breaking the standards of behavior when the social emergency environment regime is put into effect, this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

According to the draft, for failure to comply with the rules of conduct during the application of a social emergency regime, individuals will be fined in the amount of 100 to 200 manats, officials - in the amount of 300 to 600 manats, or, taking into account the circumstances of the case and the identity of the offender, administrative arrest will be applied for a period of up to one month, and legal entities will be fined in the amount of 1,000 to 1,500 manats.
